Pangel® M90F
Chemical Family:
Bentonite
Applicable Processes:
Encapsulation, Granulation Process, Surface Preparation
Physical Form:
Powder
Features:
Segregation Prevention, Viscosity Control, High Purity, Excellent Dispersibility, Reduced Sedimentation, High Swelling, Improved Pumpability, Improved Workability, Excellent Stability, Increases Dry Pellets Resistance, Sag Resistance
Pangel® M90F is a high-purity smectite-based additive with a selected particle size, specifically designed to adjust the rheology of joint compounds, plasters, and fillers formulated in both powder and paste. It is recommended for applications requiring a fine particle size. Additionally, Pangel® M90F can serve as a binding agent for both organic and inorganic powders. Its high swelling capacity upon contact with water allows it to disperse easily while retaining high resistance when dry.
