Product Applications

Tytan™ TNPZ is a very reactive primary zirconate that will hydrolyse immediately in contact with moisture. Tytan™ TNPZ is mainly used as catalyst for esterification, trans-esterification and olefin polymerization (Ziegler-Natta). Tytan TNPZ is very suitable as an adhesion promoting and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat and corrosion resistant coatings. Tytan™ TNPZ is also an important raw material for synthesizing various organozirconium compounds.
