Rofob - PY K2R

• Cotton, synthetic and blended materials water repellent finishing.
• Camping materials and cotton tarpaulins -included its blends with synthetic fiber- water column resistant finish.

Dosage (Padding)

• 50 - 150 g/l ROFOB PY K-2R depending of the kind of fibber and the washability requested.
   

Pick-up

• Approx. 70 - 80 %
   

Dissolution

• Dilute with hard and cold water, previously acidified with 2 ml/l of acetic acid (60%), in a 1:1 ratio.
   

Application

• Pad under a bath temperature of 20 - 25ºC approx. being pH value between 4 and 4.5. Dry at 110 - 130ºC and cure 2-3 min at 150 ºC.
   

Combination Possibilities

• ROFOB PY K-2R may be added to bath together with any usual synthetic resins of high quality finishing, as well as based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) handle modifiers.
• In the same way, it may be combined with fungicides, respecting the ionicity.

Fabrics must be free of anionic surfactants, oils or silicone softeners in order to ensure a good application and good final performances.

Polyethylene drums of 120 kg or 1000kg IBC.

Store in a cool place neither above 40 ºC nor below 0 ºC. The product is stable under normal storage conditions at 20 ºC.
