  • Hauthane L-3615 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood.
  • It may also be used as a blending resin with the softer Hauthane L-3614 to impart greater film flexibility.
  • A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.
Product Applications
  • Hauthane L-3615 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with other coatings for spray or pad bath applications.
  • Solids can be adjusted with water to optimize dry coating weight.
  • This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

Curing
  • Hauthane L-3615 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness.
  • Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
