Crilat™ 5850 is characterized by an exceptional combination of properties. When formulated into a sealer or coating, it features:
- Excellent abrasion and scrub resistance.
- Excellent early water resistance and blush resistance.
- Excellent chemical resistance.
- Excellent adhesion to various substrates, such as: concrete, masonry, tiles and glass.
Crilat™ 5850 crosslinks when it is dry, no heating is necessary.

Crilat™ 5850 can be used to formulate horizontal and vertical sealers and coatings for concrete and masonry. It is highly versatile for formulating indoor and outdoor applications for clear, tinted or opaque formulations.
