BIOTREND® GA50 prevents microbial deterioration of products and resulting consequences such as:
- Phase separation

- Formulation Applications
- BIOTREND® GA50 preservative applications include: non-food contact for industrial, institutional and consumer non-food contact products, mineral slurries, paints, plastics, pigments, lattices, printing inks, laundry detergents, cleaning products, concentrates, concrete admixtures, reverse osmosis membranes water based conveyor lubricants, preservative for concentrates. Food contact for preservation of food contact adhesives and minerals slurries used in papermaking.
- Experience shows that compatibility with most products and raw materials is excellent, although compatibility testing is recommended for specialformulations.
- Under normal use patterns concentrations of 0.02 – 0.2% are sufficient in most applications.

- Storage Condition
Store in the original, tightly closed containers, in well-ventilated, dry, dark, and cool areas. Carefully reseal and keep containers upright. Protect from freezing. If frozen, allow to thaw and stir well before use.
- Handling Precautions
When handling BIOTREND® GA50, avoid contact with the skin, eyes, and clothing. Wear goggles or a face shield, protective clothing, and waterproof gloves, as specified on the EPA product labels, when handling these products.
