Product Application

ASCONIUM® 130 can be used into clear and pigmented coatings, for industrial, professional and DIY uses, especially systems based on :

  • 1K or 2K Epoxy, waterborne/solventborne
  • 2K PU, solventborne
  • 2K Acrylic, solvenborne

Depending on the system, will be added during dispersion step, or will be post-added.
When it replaces anticorrosion pigments, the reduced PVC should be balanced with the fillers used in the paint formulation.
In 2K systems: should be added to the resin part for PU coatings, to the hardener for epoxy coatings.
