- AFCONA – 7476 is suitable as a dispersing agent for UPE (SMC, BMC, TMC and pigment concentrates), polyvinyl, epoxy, polyurethane elastic resin systems.
- AFCONA – 7476 gives excellent wetting to the fiberglass where this lead to faster wetting of resin to the fiber glass and eventually gives a better bonding strength and performance in the final product.

- 0.5 - 2.0 (As anti-separation, in total formulation), 10 - 30% (As dispersing agent, on pigments), 0.5 - 2.0 (As fiber glass wetting, on fiber glass weight), 0.5 - 1.5% (As co grinding aids, on total formulation, post add or pre-add)
- Product Applications
- AFCONA – 7476 is suitable for all pigments, ranging from inorganic to organic pigments, as well as carbon black.
- In PVC and PU foam industrials, it often used as dispersing agent for acidic or neutral carbon black where this gives better viscosity reduction and pigment stability.
- It also serve as anti-separation additives in SMC, BMC and TMC where it will prevent the separation for anti-shrinkage resin like polystyrene and styrene-butadien-styrene polymer.
- In coating, AFCONA – 7476 act as a very good co-grinding dispersant to prevent flooding and floating. Of course it is also suitable for separate grinding.
- Not containing any plasticizers
Note: AFCONA – 7476 may become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. This will not influence the quality.
- Incorporation
AFCONA - 7476 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the pigments. However, also can be used as post added additive to solve flooding and floating.
