Our primary goal is to offer a unique perspective and expertise in finding innovative solutions for technically challenging issues in manufacturing today. Over 40 years later, E.M. Sullivan’s next generation of leaders continue to grow this company into a full-service specialty chemical distributor with a North American sales region, with corporate offices outside of Philadelphia. Distribution excellence is accomplished with our multiple warehouse locations. Our state-of- the-art distribution system is capable of safe and accurate warehousing of all material types. We are able to expedite shipping, handle emergency situations and customize distribution to meet our customer’s specific needs. Helping to develop the next “market leaders” with technological advances is an on-going goal at EM Sullivan. Cardolite® NX-5594 is a modified tert-butyl phenol-free and low-viscosity phenalkamine curing agent suitable for formulating high-solids and solvent-free epoxy systems for heavy-duty and pipe coatings, flooring applications, adhesives, and mortars. This product cures very fast, even at lower temperatures, and provides excellent cathodic disbondment performance. NX-5594 can also be used as an accelerator or co-curing for both amine- and polyamide-based hardeners.

Its inclusion results in homogeneous mixes, reducing variations in properties such as penetration, softening point, and solid content, particularly after dissolving bitumen in solvents like Tetrahydrofuran. This additive ensures the stability of asphalt crumb rubber mixes even after storage at elevated temperatures, effectively preventing settling issues.
